Under Construction
June 2027 Launch
Canada's first comprehensive worker-led mental health and recovery network purpose-built for skilled and industrial trades. Groundbreaking. Worker-built. Unlike anything built before.
“EXPERIENCE COUNTS. No worker walks alone”
Worker driven. No non-sense. Strength-based support.
Our
vision
Workers in the skilled trades face a measurable mental health and substance use crisis, and the programs employers and institutions have built are not reaching the workers most at risk. Disclosure carries real consequences. Workers have had their struggles used against them in the past. Trust matters, and trust is what existing programs do not have.
MusterPoint is built on a simple but powerful idea: workers with lived experience and recovery supporting workers.
Through peer-led support, early intervention, and worker-driven programs, we create pathways to connection, care, and recovery that feel familiar, trustworthy, and safe. Our approach is trauma-informed, confidential, and operates independently of employers, so workers can reach out without fear or judgment.
At our core, MusterPoint is about solidarity, dignity, and showing up for one another. No one should be left behind. When workers with lived experience step forward to support their peers, real culture change begins, worker by worker, jobsite by jobsite, conversation by conversation. Connection first, worker-centered.
MusterPoint is currently under construction. As we build toward our 2027 national launch, we are laying the foundations for a woker-led network rooted in lived experience, shared responsibility, and the belief that supporting mental health and recovery strengthens individuals, families, and entire industries.
Experience counts. No worker walks alone.
